The shape: July runs as a light holding month (build on Josefine + Emma, Neblina momentum on Malin); the real push lands in August when the full team is back; September runs the Pathem pilots and prepares the accelerator's active phase. All four goals fit — the things to actively manage are the peak-load weeks and the Pathem CTO hire.
